Hi, We are in need of UI Design for 5 Screens in the initial phase The app is a Healthcare app where user can manage his and family members health records and all health needs. Following informations - Application name= Graph My Health - Category= Health - Platform (iOS / Android) = both (hybrid app) - Number of screens needed. = Initial phase 5, if works good all screens approx 50 will be ordered. - Desired format of the source files (PSD / ADOBE-XD) = any of these will work Below are the pages for which design is required: Walkthrough -1 Login -1 Home - 1 My Account -1 Appointment - 1 Attached is the detail of the features required in each page. Note. the attached screenshots are only for review of features and not the wireframe or reference for design.
