I am looking to hire a large number of employees as 1099 independent contractors. I need them to fill out an independent contractor agreement first and then to fill out a w-9 form second. It would be nice if the first form prepopulated the W-9 form so all it would need is a signature. Once the form is filled out they need to be able to email the form to me at *my email address* as the recipient. Form [login to view URL] has the ability to do this but I need a website that does not require any sign up or free trial to be able to email the w-9 form to me. I want this site to be exclusive to my employees only. Once they have emailed me as the recipient then they need to be redirected to my back office website as they are now employed. You can see an example of the site I am trying to create at [login to view URL] Your work can be on this site or a completely different web site as long as I have access to the database to use in the future.

Hi there, Instead of using a free email service I can developer a custom function that gets the forms data and send it to your email and save it in a database in the same time. I can also make the second form auto populate from the first so the user will only add the siganture and the missing inputs. The users will not need to create an account to fill the forms.
