80$ project Hello, I need a script (don't care about the language, use the one that will run the script faster) that will scrape all URLs in IMDb sitemaps and then process them. What I mean by process? That means the script will only keep ID of the movie inside the URL (for example: 'tt4630562' in the URL '[login to view URL]'). Then it ill insert that ID into a database/file. Process of the script: 1 - Crawl [login to view URL] to get all links to different sitemaps through this index of sitemaps 2 - Crawl all links listed in each sitemap, keep the links containing '/title/tt' 3 - IMPORTANT: Before exiting a sitemap, save the line where the script stopped. So each time the script runs it do not have to crawl each link again but only start where it previously stopped. 4 - Save 'tt......' in a database/file (ex: 'tt4630562') Next step of the project: Create a dynamic webpage for each movie. Which means you will have to do a [login to view URL] page (no design, only code, I will handle the rest later) that generates content following the ID. Content came from omdb api: [login to view URL], which gives that in XML: [login to view URL] So on the [login to view URL], for the movie ID tt3501632 it will ask for data to [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: you must make URL rewriting to avoid getting on my website: [login to view URL] but [login to view URL] Using the movie title into the URL. If you think that will be too heavy for a database to support and will be better to save IDs in a file rather than a database, I'm opened to suggestions... Thanks
