Graphic Design Work Needed

We need to design Real Estate signs for a local Realtor.

The signs are 24"x18" and we will need 3 signs designed

Then we will need "Riders" and these are the smaller signs that hang off the bottom or sit on top and have sayings like:

PENDING

SOLD

UNDER CONTRACT

or they might have a real estate agent's name/phone number

We need about 8 of these.

I'll supply the logos, color codes, and everything else required. We just need high resolution designs that can be sent to the sign manufacturer.
