Hotels Booking
It is a website for hotels reservation especially in Sudan with available chance to other hotels from different countries to join the website. This website has some categories
1- Properties client:-
They can sign up on website and enter their details.
· General Information. Type of place of residence, No. of stars, Rooms numbers, Place of residence Email, country, city, address, contact no.
· Place of residence details. check in & check out time, internet available or not, parking, children free or not, staff languages, other activities, restaurants, swimming pool, transportation, public area, room service, Most important characteristics of the place of residence
· Create room. They have to give details like apartment type, apartment name, no. of apartments from this type, no. of bedrooms , living rooms & toilets , beds details, size, no. of beds, no. of guests, Price for the room (this price will be for all days unless they choose some days on calendar after sign up.
· Utilities. extra beds, room size, others
· Place of residence photos and room’s photos
· Settings. they can select type of payment and tax details and text notifications, cancellation policy, how many nights in advance for free cancellation and how much they will detect if cancelled after that, extra charges, as per person or nights?, text notification or mail notification?.
2- Customer
Customer can select his destination/hotel name, check in & out dates, no. of guests and rooms then he can sort it as per prices, stars, facilities, residence type, review score, view map, select hotel, select room, enter customer details, enter customer reservation guarantee, receive booking reference on mail.
3- Admin
Admin can approve and edit properties details, view customers details and their reservation.
4- Payment
Credit card is not allowed in Sudan, so there will be deferent type of payments
· Out of Sudan
o Credit card (% amount) from room price will be transfer to bank account out of Sudan
· Inside Sudan
o Sudanese ATM card by transferring money to Sudanese bank account.
o Payment center – after customer made reservation without credit card automatic mail will go to customer, payment center and admin with booking reference. Only payment center and admin can approve this booking. (Payment center can sign up on website).
o Sending text message to website contact no. with booking reference and phone card balance no.
