Project Description
This project is to create a website that is similar in concept to a 'crowdfunding' site but is simpler and for registered users only. It will have limited traffic - less than 2,000 users.
It must be responsive and branded. It does not require a payment gateway as this platform only matches investors with opportunities. It does not act as a bank.
The purpose of this secure website is to match users – potential franchisees and investors - to franchise opportunities. Users may be individuals or corporate bodies.
A. User Site: After registration, users progress through a five step process:
1. Submit data to match suitability to the franchisee Profile
2. Enter additional data to define the user’s preferred Franchise Opportunity and Franchisee Role - Investor only or Operator and Investor
3. Select an Opportunity from a range of Opportunities that match the users preferences, investment capacity and preferred role
4. If interested in investment user submits data required for Investor Financial Disclosure data
5. If suitable, is provided with Franchise Opportunity Disclosure data
B. Admin Panel site (Back-end): The user site content, users, permissions and data, etc will be managed via a secure administrator’s site.
The task is to create the site and MySQL data base on the assumption that the users will have space to store and edit the results of their profiles, franchise opportunity selection and financial model on-line.
The successful developer will need to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in creating people ‘matching’ websites. In addition to coding skills they must be competent in web design. This site must be easy and pleasant to use.
The entire project must be completed within one month of award.
A detailed description document is attached and it is assumed that the developer will read this before making their final bid for the project.
