looking for icon expertto make better versions of some exisitng icons

I have the attached PDF of icons I want to use. The white oval is a patch that is supposed to go on the body, these icons are of body parts can place the patch.
I want the following done.
1) Make a much better version of the lower back icon. Right now pages 3 and 4 are the lower back. They both a no good. I want to only have 1 lower back icon but I want it to be much better quality, so that the viewer can easily tell it is the lower back and the patch is placed here.
2) Make a better icon for the back of the neck. Page 2 is supposed to be the patch on the back of the neck. However this is not a very good icon for this, some people cannot tell if it is the front or back of the neck the patch is on.
3) Make a better shoulder icon. Page 6 is supposed to be the back of the body with the patch on the shoulder blade, but this does not really look good.
