Looking for a Web Designer Partner

Hello Bidders, Please read carefully before submitting your bid here. It is not a regular post. We are looking for a business partner who will be partnering with us to do all our design related works at a rate that will be definitely lower than others. This is a requirement for a very long term and we will be sharing profits in the ratio of 40% : 60%. It means for each design related project that we get, we will be offering a straight 40% of the project value to you for the work and this go on for the first 6 months. After completion of the first 6 months, we will revise the sharing ratio as 50% offer to you and then we can be equal business partners for the long term.
