AMAZING, fun and growing company looking for a virtual administrative assistance. We are looking for the perfect candidate that has experience in working in a fast paced rapidly changing virtual environment. Experience with Online Marketing & Advertising, Data Mining, Typing, Data Conversion, Email Marketing, Craigslist posting, Social media marketing etc, while providing key ingredients of excellent service, timely in work ethics, accurate, and professional. The candidate must be shown to be trustworthy, ethical and discreet. Ability to focus, stay on task and complete a heavy workload within a virtual environment. Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects, able to receive tasks and run with it with little or no supervision. Requires moderate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Photoshop, Internet Interactions. Ability to compose: basic graphic design/ ability to compose ads and newsletters, flyers, and announcements for craigslist, backpage, social media and more. .. Job consist of ad posting, ad creation, advertising, craigslist, emails, email marketing, inbound marketing, marketing, social media marketing. Over View: We understand that the work we are requesting only takes 15 to 20 minutes to import each session, hence we are slowly implementing our marketing plans, strategies, and findings and The job consist of daily postings of several different types we are only interested in someone with experience with Craigslist data entry and an understanding of its camaraderie of tactical interference's and knowledge concept and has current resolves to keep up with daily aggressive interference's with web posting Craigslist ads. Detail (s) Our daily goal is to run ads three times a day 5 times each and this is done for several different ads and advertisements. Our expectation is for someone to have the ability to take the beginning layout of articles and titles and recreate the idea for each add to be submitted. We work off of a system of emails, phone numbers, content, and graphics. All of these items are accessible from our Google drive.
