Moms funeral picture with graphics

I am looking for a freelancer to create a special picture in memory of my mother. I am looking for something special to hang in my home in her memory. I would like the photo to have graphics included, in an 8” x 10” size. In particular, I am looking for a sun with rays that morph into the word ‘Sunshine’ on the bottom half, with a picture of her above. I have a specific color scheme in mind of warm, bright colors – oranges, golds and yellows to capture her warmth and her love of the outdoors. It is important that this project maintains high quality and professionalism, as it will be the centerpiece of my home. I am looking for an experienced freelancer who is creative and can think outside the box in order to create something truly special in memory of my mother.
White paper, yellow sun with rays(yellow) coming out of it in all directions, with moms picture in center of sun. The rays on the bottom half need to morph into the word sunshine than finish into the ends of those rays, meaning the rays part way down become the word, then form back into the ends of the rays. Sunshine word in same color yellow as the rays.
