I need some Graphic Design

We are looking for a quick working ROCKSTAR Graphic Designer to work with us in creating compelling Social Media posts.
This is EASY work.
Main Requirements:
- Quick Turnaround ability
- Australia Location (need to be in our timezone)
- Excellent Photoshop skills
- Experience in designing Newsletters a bonus
- Skill in basic HTML also a bonus
Our business involves creating custom social media posts for our clients and delivering them ahead of time so that our clients can post them.
Right now, we're wanting to trial a designer with one client and if we like what you do we'll put you on our other clients as well!
You won't have to come up with any ideas for posts - it will just be your job to design them. We have templates with fonts and picture layout guidelines - it will be your job to pull everything together and give them back to us as jpegs.
For example - see the attached image. We'd give you the PSD, the photo's and logo's in a file - you would have to compile them and send them back to us as a nice 1000x1000px image! EASY right?!
For this particular job, we've got 35 images that need to be created.
To trial you, we'll get you to design 5 to start off with, and if you have done an awesome job, we'll send you the other 30 to do.
We've been creating these files ourselves for a while now and we've just got too many clients to handle this on our own!
Having done many of these posts before, we know we can do at least 5 posts per hour. Our rate is AUD$40/hr - so this works out at $8 a post.
So for the first job, it will be $40, with a potential of $280 (if you do a good job).
