One page internal communication flyer

We are launching a new sales & service incentive plan for our internal customer facing staff. Need to send out a one-page teaser by the 27th Dec. Key points and logos will be provided. However, you will have to sign a confidentiality agreement. Brief I would like the teaser communication to be intriguing and exciting. Some of the things that we would like to communicate from the one-pager are: • 2018 the Year of SSIP - Out with the Old – Yearly Short Term Bonus. Replaced by Quarterly SSIP incentive. • Launch of the new Sales & Service Incentive Plan for our Customer Facing Teams (3 channels) • Providing more transparency to Bonus payments with clear performance measures and higher threshold with higher possible $$ payout • Training sessions to take place in January 2018 across Australia and New Zealand • More details – keep an eye out for further communication in Jan 2018 Purpose: This is the first piece of printed comms that people will receive about changes to their bonus structure. Key Messages: The primary message is that positive change is coming, the secondary message is the details of the change which are all of the bullet points outlined in the brief. Inclusions: The company's monogram centre top, the Incentive plan logo anywhere on the page, some smaller print at the bottom which gives details about who to contact if they have more questions/next steps.
