Pasar de imagen a vector un LOGOTIPO

Buenas tardes,
Busco ayuda en pasar un logo ya creado (lo tengo en .jpeg) a vector mediante illustrator por lo que es menos trabajo, no hay que diseñar el logo.
Lo necesito para poder utilizar el logotipo tanto de tamaño muy pequeño como en muy grande (pudiendo llegar hasta los 2/3 metros).
Quizás también necesito poder hacerle algún cambio si fuese necesario.
También necesito un mock-up para ver como quedaría ese logo en (por ejemplo) un sobre, una hoja de informe, una tarjeta de visita, etc.
