In this program, people send money to each other on first come first served basis, the system matches people automatically at random. Myself and other admins will be the first users on the system, and we will pay to each other. The system should have option to cross-match people based on who comes first, or who is ripe to receive payment. Just like in MLM model, where you join and you pay money to someone, then another person joins thru you and he pays money which you earn from..... stuffs like [login to view URL] this one is automatic and matches people who do not know each other or register via same upline. Here in this app you wanna do, there wont be need for compulsory referrals. But whoever refers someone should always get a referral bonus of 10% each time the referred person makes payment.
With admin panel(which can control all activities like merge a person manually, pause all timers or few ) and support for people with complaints
