photoshop graphic designer needed just need with small revision work client asked read description properly

I need individual teeth drawings made as a first step, second step will be duplicating all the individual drawings with transparency effects (for the roots, etc).
(I need these two steps so that I can layer both images with a color in between to give colored effect of roots, etc).
An example of what needs to be done can be found in attached file. The drawings need to be vector, png, neat and tooth by tooth. Each tooth should be on a white background.
In this i have original illustrator file so what is written above has been done but since after client revision the developer unable to do it
so i want some one to edit as client asked for revision
