We have a medical webapp (chrome only) and need to have afull usability review of the system.

Basically all screens are on (some admin ones shouldn't be showing) and this build has a few errors, but it is a diary that allows billing receipting and some clinical notes.
I am looking to get a quick review done cheaply by many different people (we have progressed past this interface and inproved it), and I would like to see who matches my way of thinking.
I am looking at spending R400 to R1000 (that is $30 to $70) initially on 5 to 10 people. The best one or two will then be doing more reviews and a monthly cleanup. I will probably be buying about $200 to $500 of work every month for a few months.

I am looking for a quick review with basic suggestions, it can be crude and I don't expect detailed photo-shopping, but rather more usability suggestions. I have not done this before, whomever comes back with a workable plan will get preferential treatment. Crude screen captures scribbled on or with quick notes would be a great deliverable.
For now all changes will be done by my developers, with time we might let someone work in our project, but that would require NDAs etc.
