To design a PHP front end and mySQL DB for our sports club. We need to have data stored on remote server and be able to access this data from multiple devices. The data will include member details and timing results from races over different distances, eg. A coach needs to first sign in and select the member, the member will then be shown together with best times for seven different race distances, 100mt, 300mt, 500mt, 1000mt, 1500mt, 3000mt and 5000mt. The coach can then select each of the distances and enter an updated time. The previous (old) time shall be written to a history of a maximum of five entries.
If a personal best is recorded then a certificate should be emailed to the coach who entered the time.
As this is a small project to begin, I will NOT create a milestone. Full payment will be released on successful completion of the above.
The future plan is to develop this further to include member login, member photo, upcoming races/events, info updates, nomination management, membership management and Paypal integration for fees.
