Store Checkout Page Tweaks

I have a Magento store. I want to clean up the checkout page. Please see the attached images that will show you what my current page looks like, what I want the page to look like, and highlights of what needs to be tweaked. The tweaks are:
• Extend the grey description field boxes so the entire description can be seen.
• Remove the FAX field box.
• Add UPS and USPS logo to SHIPPING METHOD section. Move the option bullets to the right.
• Remove the UPS and USPS header.
• Add the padlock icon in PAYMENT METHOD header.
• Change the order of payment options (Credit Cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit).
• (If possible) Remove the Credit Card Type field and add the ability to auto detect the credit card type.
• Add icons for credit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit options.
• Add "--No Spaces or Dashes--" in the Credit Card Number field.
• Remove "What is PayPal?" link.
• Center the "What is this?" link.
