Hello, We have gone through the sites and also familiar with the features of airbnb. Basically, its like a classified type website where buyer logs in to find a place and seller registers to post their ads of room/house. Can buyer post their ads too as the seller and the seller can find a place as a buyer? There will be multiple location, filterable contents, user dashboard, admin panel (please mention features you need), etc. Users can book the room/house and pay the one-time booking amount to the seller(API for the payment gateway needs to be provided) but can they keep paying the rent monthly for the same room/house through the website? Admin will get booking email, user will get booking email, Owner will also get booking email. --> this will be recurring payment every month it will automatically deduct from user's Credit card / debit card. --> Every month payment reminder to users. --> Different kind of reports for Admin like Available rooms, Booked rooms, Payment dues, etc...
