I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. This is a very low budget start up called Tutor Us! An e-learning , platform connecting tutors to students. Booking system is online very simular to [login to view URL] use plug ins to external paypal or creditcard payment systems to allow customer to make payment upon making a booking. Use SEO to increase google ranking. Provides excellent tutors, teachers and examiners with students with flexible private tuition online via video link using Synchronous e-learning. The site uses [login to view URL] To have the lesson. The site is an open market place where student who need a private tutor for supplementary learning or home schooling are able to work with the tutor to learn a new skill, prepare for an exam or increase their current grades. The site focuses on online tutoring on a to one to one/two or three bases. Customer is focussed on UK and Chinese market. Site must initiallt have option to translate into Chinese from English.
