Well actually, your NOT really even doing as much work as a "Build" would be. I only need you to "Save As Webpage" and then upload the websites with & assets, css etc. over to my Go-daddy C Panel Hosting. Long story short is I'm going to use these sites as my muse..... A resource of design and inspiration, etc for when build MY OWN CLIENTS WEBPAGES. I'm just very overloaded with time and i'm thinking this may be a good was of streamlining things a bit for myself and saving time not having to worry about starting "idea-wise" always from scratch...... I've attached a video to further explain.... Thx! :)
