We have a design with assets that we would like converted into a WordPress theme, or website which is able to use WordPress as a CMS. A complete website design in Illustrator will be provided along with other assets like SVG and PNG images, and hex color values for CSS but it would be up to the developer to slice the Illustrator asset as needed for the theme. Additionally the ability to place animations in the background would be a plus which we want to add in some basic movement to the pages. Please find attached a sample of one of the pages we need to slice into the theme. We have the following pages that would need to be built out.
