Wordpress, html, building a store, adsense, affiliates

I have an established website. I need someone who knows wordpress and html really well. I need to add 2 new pages to my website within wordpress. One page will be a store that has all affiliate links in it. The other will be a game page that has all affiliate games in it. I will also need to add two new buttons to the top menu of my website, and these two buttons will be the links to the new store and game pages. These buttons will always stay on top with the rest of the menu buttons. These buttons are jpegs, so they are not part of the wordpress template. This is why I need someone who understands html as well, because some of the programming will have to be done outside of wordpress sometimes. I also need someone that understands that I want to implement all of this without changing things on the website from the way that it is right now, because the website is engineered for high SEO and analytics, so whatever new things I add, I don't want to mess with any of the old code. I will provide the button jpegs, and I will provide pictures of the way that I want the new web pages to look in general.
