Wordpress Programmer/Graphics Designer Needed

So I continue my search for another Wordpress programmer and graphic designer. You must be able to work with the Elegant Themes Divi theme, including it's Page Builder, and know CSS well. You need to be able to take an ugly Wordpress site and make it pretty. You also need to be able to work with Wordpress PHP for editing plugins and functionality. ***This is an hourly project. You are bidding on 10 hours of work. I'll be able to tell how good your are and if you meet my requirements for talent, speed and communication within 10 hours.*** Please send me a short list of some Wordpress sites you've created for me to review. This project is for an individual, not a team. If you are pitching your "team" to me or the size of your company please do not bid on this project. I need to add one great, full-time Wordpress person to my team, not hire your team. Your first project will be to improve the look and design of www.amysnursinghomes.com. You will have 10 hours to do so. I'm not going to give you a list of things to change. You need to propose your recommendations, show me what they would look like, then implement them after I approve them. You need to be immediately available and not buried with other projects.
