Wordpress Tweaks + Upload website to Server

I have the wordpress files and database of a website that i recently had built.
1.) I need someone to upload these to my test website server.
2.) Replace the home page slideshow with an image that I have already had designed.
3.) Remove a section on the home page and replace with a Google map embed
4.) Add testimonials to the home page. Maybe 3 or 4.
5.) Upload changes to the test site.
6.) When all is looking good, upload the site + all the changes to the Live hosting.
Someone with wordpress + design skills to make sure the changes look good.
