JS color entry

This is a project about color selection using JS. Please use JS only. ([login to view URL] has a library for this.) Given its simplicity, I will award the prize to the first person who completes it and makes it look decent. Please refer to the picture. 1) Components are: a label, and entry (with a color patch), a button. Below that is a <div>. 2) You can enter hex values or click on the entry (or a color patch next to it) to select a color from a palette. 3) Once selected, you can click on Add to add the color to the <div>. It should also be added to a hidden form element. 4) The div should display each color entry with a patch showing the color, its hex value next to it, and a delete link/button/image so it can be deleted. Important: Make sure the div entries look nice, that they are aligned, and that different entries are nicely spaced apart. Please note: make color selection and the div entries look nice, not the div itself. The div will be invisible. 5) Make sure you can use this thing several times on the same page. This means that you need to use id's for everything and work with those id's. 6) Add an option to allow or disallow duplicate entries.
