I have added "Alt tags" to a few images in "Media" tab in wordpress, but they are not registrered on front end if I check in SEO tools(woorank or [login to view URL]). The problem is I have added alt tags, but they are not showing front side. I need someone with great knowledge to fix this without messing up anything with design or w3c validation on the website. I also need some titles changed to h1 and h2 in code withouth changing any design front side. I will point out the titles I want to change in screenshot. I ONLY respond to bids that indicate that they have read my description.
