I need to convert justthe home page of a Drupal 7 template into an html page with no Drupal specific code controlling layout or functionality of this home page. The html page must look and work (responsive) exactly the same. Same content, images etc. Maintain efficient file structure for related files and images. Will pay bonus for good and quick job.
