We would like you to design an HTML newsletter template, which we can use repeatedly. This is an example of what we want: [login to view URL]

The newsletter will be sent by Max Crowdfund (logo attached).

The colour scheme and font are provided in the attachments.

Meta title in the html file is Max Crowdfund - 8% UK Loan.

Header in the email is "Asset Backed Property Loan"

Subheader in the email is "8% Interest, 18-Month Term, 80% LTV".

The red ribbon should have the following text "Loan Already 50%+ Subscribed".

"Download the brochure" should be "Register Now" (link to [login to view URL])

Image should be as per the attachment.

Text should be as follows:

• Max width 650 pixels

• Use inline styles

• Do not use background images (they don't render in Microsoft Outlook)

Note 1: Please avoid using the free-to-use tools that are available online to create HTML. In the main they produce designs that are incompatible with most email broadcast/deployment systems.

Note 2: Please avoid supplying html code that has been originally created within an email broadcast system (e.g. Dotmailer) template. It is often the case that ‘copying/pasting’ picks up code from that template that makes it incompatible with other broadcast software.

Any HTML file supplied with an incorrect specification will be returned to the advertiser. If the advertiser is unable to find a designer we are able to offer the services of our designer (costs available on request).
