I have 2 simple html signup submissions. I opened the pages up in my editor and added my email as a recipient of form then put forms up on my server. I filled out the forms and clicked submit but never got an email as the recipient when I tried both forms. Not sure if it something wrong in coding of form or some on server that is not allow forms to work. I need both forms to work. Also I need a code line put in form that will let me have form redirect to a page after click send button. I think it is simple fix if knowledgable in coding. Need it fix today. I wait your bids
