Icon Illustrator required

I require a very high quality icon designer for an innovate online application. The icons need to follow the Windows XP style guidelines, yet remain discintive and fresh to the user. There is also some logo work available if you feel multi-talented ;o) The logo's are for applications- please visit [login to view URL] and take a demo of the application to see the type of icons I require. You should be able to generate PNG format icons, with the correct alpha-layered shadows that will render correctly in Internet Explorer. If you cant emulate the MSN/XP style, please do not apply - I will be very picky with the final look! (sorry). Interested 'lancers should contact me for an updated framework screenshot of where the icons will be placed in the final project. Please also include an estimate for 20 application icons in 128x128 and 64x64 sizes. Thanks.
