1. Has color #007FED in the illustration - but it does not need to be the main color tone (Welcome other color choices)
2. The illustration is placed at the top of the mobile screen. The illustration dimension can be 3:2 or 16:9
3. Could be a diagram (see attached doc for diagram reference) explaining the flow between freelancers, employers, and Freelancer.com but in a visual appealing way with 2D illustration
