I need this PSD file changed to an illustrator file with four pantone colors 209C, 445C, 072C and black (lines are black). I need this to be on a transparent background. Font is Trajan pro Bold. 100 is University Roman. Illustrator file attached also, but I want the half tone image in the vector file inlace of the line art.
