Implement a automatic master zone creation in external bind (via plesk and bind/webmin-api)

your task is to automate plesk domain creation.

Domains are manage outside of plesk in a custom bind. This bind is managed by webmin

so our expectation:

- provide documentation how to integrate a hook/execution on domain creation in plesk

- implement a script, which calls the webmin api to create a zone

- script shall be able for the first step to CREATE a domain

(- later/not part of this bid in a later milestone we will need also a update or a delete of the domain)

- ideally plesk shall ask on creation of the domain if the remote api call shall take in place

What are our requirements?

- clean documented code

- clean structured code

- plesk 17.x+

- ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04

- you develop on your machine(s) and deliver to our git.
