I need 1 solo ad sent to 1,000,000 US ONLY Targeted towards Internet Marketing/Make Money Online Seekers. You must create a high converting email that will entice the readers to click on MY link that I will provide to you to promote(Link Will Be Cloaked of course). I will not accept any false promotion at all, all visitors must be unique and email must not be sent to a list of non-responders.

Do not bid if you are expecting an upfront or milestone payment. NO payment will be sent until you can verify that you created and sent the solo ad to 1,000,000 IM/MMO seekers.
