Part Time Virtual Assistance Needed ASAP

Our Established New York based Website Design & Marketing firm is looking for a part time Virtual Assistant. As our virtual assistant you will be asked to do the following tasks (and more): 1. Order Articles from our copywriters - you will send the requests, research topics to order, and pay copywriters from our accounts. 2. Post Articles to Wordpress based websites - you will be responsible for taking the articles created and posting them on a scheduled basis on Wordpress based websites. So knowing Wordpress is an absolute requirement. 3. Post articles to various Article Websites and Directories - you will also be responsible for posting articles to websites that accept Article Submissions. You will be responsible for writing detailed and unique author resource boxes for each article you submit. 4. Research Article Websites to post to - you will find sites and create accounts on them as needed 5. You will research link opportunities for a various clients - finding blogs to offer guests posts to etc 6. You will also be responsible for Link Building tasks and book keeping tasks as well. You may also be asked to email clients and provide support. You will be compensated on an hourly basis. We estimate 10 hours of work per week to start. So please bid on a total of 40 hours (for month 1 of work).
