SEO site for $10-$15 a day from Adsense

This is a project for an experienced web designer - I need a site that can make at least $10-15 a day from google adsense and any other ad/commission based income. Im only looking for website design, SEO and adsense experts to optimize the site for long term running You must be able to build an Adsense site which consistently is earning at least $10-15 per day. I have the following requirements: - Select any NICHE - except for sites containing pornographic adult content - Must be 100% within the Google TOS - Must be Adsense Optimized - Will be promoted using Google Adwords - Must have high paying keywords for 2011 within site - Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots - Should consistently earn earn at least $10-15 a day starting from 30 days after the sale is agreed - Want site to maintain regular traffic for regular income over at least 12 months - All Content MUST be original and SEO-It must not contain any pre-used or copyrighted material - Must be able to be altered using some kinda of CMS-Your choice which, but it must be run past me before hand - Sites must be appealing and clear/concise with readable original content - All Copyrights Belong to Me - The adsense account must be owned by me - Any website domain name must also be registered in my name a long with the content - You must provide support for at least 30 days after your payment has been sent - Content must be in perfect english-American words are fine I will pay the amount of the bid AFTER I see a consistent income over $10 for 30 consecutive days and can setup a milestone payment. Please be prepared to tell me how you plan to drive the traffic if you bid on this project. I don't want to risk an adsense account ban. The perfect person would be someone who is willing to give me a good and fair price and would be willing to work consistently, if the project goes well then there will be future work to be done. I have the money to set up but need the design and SEO help to succeed and multiply my efforts. Let me see your best work.
