I currently have a webcam chat site and network of over 25 websites pointing at it which will grow to nearly 200 within the next 6 months.

My main site is the webcam chat site which is where I want the traffic to go to but I also have all the other sites that can be utilized to funnel traffic. I will explain via PM.

In order to be accepted for this project you must understand what I require, you must be able to deliver what I require, you must poses the required skills and knowledge to do the job and commit to the budget and time frame you set out.

What I am looking for / what you need to deliver:

- I need users to sign-up and webcam models to sign-up.

- WHITE HAT techniques ONLY – no black hat techniques.

- Outline and execute marketing strategy.

- I need targeted, legitimate and quality web traffic - from USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia ONLY!

- I need leads, conversations, signups, sales.... I need A LOT of quality traffic.

- REAL people, REAL human visitors, REAL traffic - NOT BOTS.

- Visitors who will land on my website need to signup, open other pages, signup, view the videos, signup, view photos, sign up, read... etc. They need to stay on the site for longer than a few seconds. Otherwise, bounce rate will be high, time on site will be low and you won't get paid.

- I need to rank high in search engines USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia.

- Extensive blogging, banners, forums, social marketing and networking sites, video marketing, email marketing, and generally anything that will help to direct legitimate, quality targeted traffic.

- Traffic must not break search engines rules which will get my sites blacklisted etc.

- Send targeted, legitimate and quality web traffic to my main site and my other sites in real time.

- I need a way of tracing your traffic other than my server web stats. I am open to suggestions.

What the traffic cannot be:

- WHITE HAT techniques ONLY – no black hat techniques.

- Spamming will not be tolerated.

- No bot traffic, no fake traffic, nothing a user has to download, no spyware / malware, no toolbar, no buying traffic, no pop ups/unders, no having to go to their site first.

- The traffic must be %100 legit, NO bots or fake traffic, Automated Traffic Generation Software, PTC or Fake Clicks.

- I DO NOT want traffic from Pakistan, or Bangladesh, Russia, China, India, Brazil, Egypt, Turkey etc....

Your qualifications:

- Only qualified providers need to apply.

- The right applicant should have in-depth experience in SEO, online marketing etc with proven results in past job performances related to this manner of project.

- The provider must be able to demonstrate where and how the traffic is generated.

The Goal:

- Is to get relevant, legitimate, quality, targeted and related traffic specific to my site.

- The result should increase my main site traffic which should also increase free user signups and new model sign ups to the main site.

- It should also increase traffic to my other sites which feed traffic to my main website.

Payment:

I would prefer to pay you a fix price per 1K REAL visitors....which we can break into milestones.

Closing statement:

I am open to other suggestions if you think mine are obsolete. I will not pay for consulting or SEO as I have someone working on this currently.

If you do a good job, this will be a long term relationship.

I will monitor the traffic, I have bots that can trap you if you traffic is fake or "real", but IP, proxy or VPN generated.

You will not get paid if traffic is fake, you are warned.
