Affiliate marketing expert needed

Some time ago I created a website and online product with the intention of using affiliate marketers to sell it. I don't have time to work out the process involved or to set up my ClickBank account correctly. Ideally I'm looking for an affiliate marketer who can set everything up so it's ready in a saleable format and compatible with the requirements of ClickBank and/or other affiliate marketing websites. I've done the website but think I'll need expert to also create a landing page (not sure). I'm happy to pay the affiliates 50% of every sale, so if affiliate sales is something you're interested in yourself, feel free to send me your proposal also. Must have proven track record of success. I don't want someone to tell me how to do it or to ask me what I want them to do. I need someone who already knows what needs to happen and how to do it - with an outcome of online sales.
