Link Building Project - Long Term We own and manage several websites and are looking for a person who can collect 25 ??" 100 inbound links per month from sites with a related theme or content. We have used this model successfully with other coders and are looking to scale up our link building efforts. Each link will be approved on an individual basis by meeting our set requirements. ## Deliverables **Requirements:** 1. Pages linking to us must be of high quality, well organized, and have unique content. 2. All process should be honest and manual. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable. 3. Our site must be relevant to the page linking to us. It must be same theme or general topic. 4. The only incentive for the webmaster to include our link on their page is for great unique content and articles. 5. The site page that is linking to us may not contain more than 100 outbound links on it. 6. All links must be one-way. We will not link back, so no two-way or three-way links will be accepted. 7. We will only pay for 1 link per site. (So if a site links to us from their homepage and also from deeper page we will only pay for 1 link.) 8. No more than 5 links will be accepted from the same person or company. (So if a company owns 20 websites and agrees to link all of them to our site, we will only pay for 5 of them) 9. No links will be accepted from sites that have content or links related to pornography, hate, racism, gambling, or any illegal activity or offensive material. 10. You will not submit our site to search engines, search engine networks, search engine submission sites, or major web directories, unless you receive direct permission from us. 11. You will not submit our site to Free for all (FFA), guest books or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty or have a Page Rank of 0. 12. You will not enter our site in any web rings or links exchange program like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. 13. Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable. 14. All link inquiry emails are to be sent manually (one at a time) without the use of automated programming or mass email systems. All link titles, descriptions and anchor text will be provided, as well as a proven successful email template for soliciting links. 15. Coder must be available to respond promptly via email and instant message and communicate effectively with link partners. **Payment:** Each link is paid according to its Google Page Rank. We pay based on the Page Rank of the actual page linking to us, which may be different than the Page Rank of the homepage. Please see following scale: PR1 - $1 PR2 - $2 PR3 - $5 PR4 - $7 PR5 - $9 PR6 - $12 PR7 - $20 PR8 - $25 PR9 - $35 Links will be submitted to us in groups of 25 via a spreadsheet (we will provide template). The actual links will be recorded and entered manually by coder in our custom content management system. Once a spreadsheet is submitted we will review each link by hand and determine if it meets our agreed upon quality requirements. Usual review time once a spreadsheet is submitted is 2-3 business days. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Deliverable must be a list of link partners in Microsoft Excel. We will provide template.
