SEO better ranking needed

I have a site which focuses on a single keyword. I say this as my stats even prove that 80% of my visitors are using it. I am in an industry where there doesn't seem to be many sites working on SEO and this is evedent from the top results google provides for this keyword. As a matter of fact I don't think the top 10 has changed in the last 6 months. The only problem some of you might have with this task is that our web site is in Swedish and so is our keyword, so I may have to implement some of your suggestions myself, we will see.
