Highly Qualified FREELANCE Telemarketing individual Who we are Zest consultancy is a Hampshire based company, working with businesses across the UK, to help them drive growth by continually developing their business in the following core areas, customer experience, consultancy, training and lead generation. The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual, who can take on projects in any number of industries, within the B2B sector. The role will involve a mix of warm leads, cold calling, researching and appointment generation with occasional telephone surveys, all of which are pivotal to providing the best possible service and RESULTS for our clients. • Ability to meet targets • Be able to generate new business by making outbound, conversational calls to both new and existing clients on behalf of our customers • Proven experience in previous telemarketing roles (minimum of 3 years) • Positive and engaging manner • Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner • Fantastic rapport building ability • IT literate with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook • You must have experience of using CRM systems The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, working on multiple projects and most importantly deliver RESULTS for our clients in a timely and professional manner. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Contact prospective clients and engage in a meaningful and direct conversation, gaining quality information to qualify the prospects • Create hot leads, generate appointments and quotes, invite and register delegates for seminars • Database cleansing and researching information on prospects and their specific industry • Actively manage the client database on the CRM system to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date • Meeting targets and reporting on your results The role will be office based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire Flexible hours, Monday-Friday With the initial project being 3 days per week.
