Free Wi-Fi Location based iPhone & Android App!

Hi, Develop "Free Wi-Fi" Location based App for Iphone & Android -Apps must get approved and go live -You MUST find the data for the database (we do NOT have one) -Will show example from a competitor Competitor : via PMB Competitor has offline database that can be downloaded into iphone, can the data be pulled from there? Or how would you go about gathering the data? My main concern is can you get the database? If guarantee you can, we can move forward. Even better, if you can try to get it and tell me you have it. Will need to see several new features so that we are not an exact replica. As we move forward if you have ideas we can discuss further. If not we will come up with ideas.
