Video SIP based Softphone client for mobile

Hello, this is project requirement regarding Softphone for mobile. Its a complete technical project which required in depth knowledge in VOIP fields. I want a softphone for Mobile (iphone + Blackberry). Few of the technical details are as below Platform: Iphone + Blackberry Protocol: SIP v 2.0 (rfc 3261 compatible) Audio codecs: g729 , ulaw , alwav , speex , gsm Video Codecs: h264, h263+, h263 Should be able to support STUN. softphone should have features of settings, where we can add information like servers, userid,password,etc. In short all features that a normal pc based softphone has. it includes a decent GUI development as well. Let me know about the past experience in the same field, price and time estimation about the project. Let me know about anything more u need.
