I am looking for a freelancer to create an iPhone/ipad app that allows the user to complete an audit or assessment, instead of paper based. Users will have unique usernames and password to login, then be able to complete assessment and upload video evidence, to then share with assessor. Also has function to sign documents on iPhone or iPad using finger. On completion, assessment must have function to be emailed directly to recipient. Project will only be offered to those whom have examples in portfolio or can inbox examples.
