Modification of an OpenCV based app on iOS

This job requires you to modify an image editing program that is based on the OpenCV framework. Update and modify a graph cut segmentation program (link to which is in the attached pdf) to conform to the following requirements: 1. App currently doesn’t save the separate foreground and background. Modify it so that the app will separate the foreground and save the separated foreground (with the remaining background areas being transparent) as a new png image in the camera roll. (See attached pdf for possible solution) 2. Find out the parameters that control the grabcut process and add the ability to change them via dialog/alert boxes/sliders/controls before the grabcut process is implemented. The default values of the grabcut are leaving jagged pixelated edges around the extracted foreground, we need to identify and control the parameters that are causing this. 3. Alternatively if #2 is not possible, then implement ability to a. Allow users to remove background pixels that are still attached to the edges. Add a slider to allow user to control edge threshold. (See attached pdf for possible solution) b. Perform edge smoothing. Add a slider to allow user to control amount of edge smoothing. (See attached pdf for possible solution) 4. App currently seems to be reducing resolution of the input image for processing and output. Change it so full resolution is used (unchanged from input image). 5. App was built for iPhone 4s and as such is currently stretching the images to fit the screen. Update it for 5, 5s, 6/6+, 6s/6s+ so that image aspect ratio is maintained. 6. Stop the previously made scribbles from being overlaid on the extracted foreground image after grabcut process is complete. 7. Add ability to Change Brush size (if possible). 8. Reposition buttons that are all over the screen to a bottom tab bar and top nav bar for ease of use. Please see the attached pdf to get a more thorough understanding of this project. Your experience must include: 1. iOS development 2. Development using OpenCv (on iOS) is preferred 3.
