Custom Google Map Tiles from BSB files

Would like to have custom Google map tiles made from Nautical Chart BSB files with instructions and scripting to integrate into our server. Have the ability to select just the nautical charts, change the transparency of the charts or select the standard Google Map or satellite views.

The BSB files that will need to be converted include 75 charts of different levels of detail: [url removed, login to view]
Please include examples of previous working creating custom map tiles in Google Maps.
