Hello, I Can do your assignment with java swing. Explanation and documentation ain't problem in java becuse of its javadocs (thank god to that :D ). I've put 7 days cause i don't know right now how complex the assignment is (can be 1-3 days if it ain't complex). I believe i have enough knowledge to do it right without bugs and "stupid" code.
