JAVA Curve Fitting Net Beans Graphing

This project is to write a function that computes the Y value of a point on a curve. You must have the math knowledge needed to find, choose and code the function! The curve is defined by the following: The curve is 2 dimensional on the X Y plane The curve always proceeds in the positive X and positive Y direction Typical input is similar to: Point_1_Slope = 0.003 Point_1_X = -142.0 Point_1_Y= 0.0 Point_2_X = -117.0 Point_2_Y= 0.05 Point_3_X = -70.0 Point_3_Y= 0.2 Point_4_Slope = 0.0 Point_4_X = 0.0 Point_4_Y= 0.321 Input X parameter Return Y value It is absolutely essential that the curve does the following: 1. Passes through all 4 points 2.
