Help with a java compile

I am non-java person. Unfortunately I have got a pair of java source files that I need to know how to compile. Someone who can make sense of the below can please let me know. The java files delivered have the below notes on them.

I am Computer Science Student. So I am able to compile files on different languages. P.S. Even have Linux for all this staff.
